  Went there about a month ago and ordered an ice coffee and asked for it half sweet (2 sugars) and it was way to sweet. Usually I will let slide but the young guy at the counter was so rude and had a group of friends hanging out by the counter and he just looked pissed that I bothered him. That was my first time being there, I hope it gets better...
  
  And I went back and still the same attitude and got my order wrong. Never again...

  If I could give zero stars I would. I hate to complain and that's why it's taken me about 2 years of just ignoring the horrible service. I have frequented this dunkin at least 4 times a week for the past few years on and off. The service here has never been good. Only a select group of employees were great and made good drinks but they always left after maybe a month of working there *wonder why??. Most of the time the drinks taste horrible. Very rare that they are good. The staff is mostly made up of rude ass people. I usually order a large iced water with my coffee. Half the time I get it without having to ask again. Half the time I order at the drive thru I have to ask yet again at the window for it. And usually they give me a small. I have been charged for water too. The iced tea tastes horrible most of the time. Why I keep going here I have no idea. Maybe because it's affordable and convenient. Starbucks here is over priced and their quality is that great either.

  I go to this Dunkin Donuts almost every Saturday. The employees running the drive through are always in a bad mood. It is a rarity to get fresh donuts here, and I always order a cup of water and never get it with out asking again. I would not recommend this Dunkin.
